Today, I am bringing you an open-source 3D printable decorative item: The Communist Emergency Device.
The design inspiration comes from a cartoon. In the cartoon, there is a red emergency device containing a hammer and sickle, symbols of communism. Written in English on top of the device, it reads: "In case of economic crisis, break the glass."
The device symbolizes that communism can solve the problem of cyclical economic crises inherent in capitalism.
The entire device was designed using Fusion 360, with two versions created.
Version 1: The hammer and sickle are consistent with the original image, but are actually opposite to the Communist logo.
Version 2 corrects the logo error.
The whole model is divided into several parts: the lid, the box, the hammer and sickle, and the handle.
1. The lid uses multi-color printing; the main body of the cover is made of red material, and the highlighted part of the text is made of yellow material. For those without multi-color printing, you can also achieve the effect of multi-color printing by using the method of pausing the print at specified layer heights to change the material.
2. The lid and the box are fixed with 4 M2 x 6 screws.
3. The hammer and sickle are printed using gray material.
4. The handles of the hammer and sickle are printed using yellow material.
5. For the glass, you can cut a piece of transparent plastic and stick it on.
After printing, you will need glue to fix the hammer and sickle together; either 502 glue or acrylic-specific glue will do.

设计灵感来源为这张漫画，漫画中红色的应急装置内，放置着象征共产主义的锤子以及镰刀
应急装置上面用英文书写，当经济危机爆发时，请砸坏玻璃
装置预示着共产主义能够解决资本主义中周期爆发的经济危机问题
整个装置由Fusion 360设计，一共设计了2个版本。
版本1：锤子与镰刀跟原版图片一致，但实际上与共产主义Logo相反了。
版本2则是修正了Logo错误
整个模型分为上盖，箱体，锤子镰刀以及把手几部分。
一、上盖用到了多色打印，盖板主体采用红色耗材，文字突出部分采用黄色耗材，没有多色打印的也可以使用指定层高暂停换料的方法实现多色打印的效果
二、上盖与箱体采用4个M2乘6的螺丝进行固定
三、锤子镰刀主体采用灰色耗材打印
四、锤子以及镰刀手柄采用黄色耗材打印
五、关于玻璃的制作，可以裁剪一块透明塑料片贴上即可
打印完成后，需要胶水进行锤子镰刀组合固定，用502胶水或者亚克力专用胶都可以

Meanwhile, capitalism is wasting 19% of the worlds marketable food to avoid lowering prices due to increased supply. This isn't even considering the "unmarketable" food with minor imperfections or variations is sizes. The United States, the poster child for late capitalism, wastes approximately 40% of its food. This waste to preserve profits is happening while one child dies every 10 seconds from starvation. That's 3.1 million children per year. Capitalism is great if your country has all the capital.

... The communist manifesto was published in 1858 (166 years ago). The first communist state, at least on paper, was founded in 1917 (107 years ago).
