组装步骤 Assembly steps

第一步:将上下盖合拢,使用PETG耗材丝(不建议使用PLA,因为材料特性,PLA太脆),边旋转边推进,穿进模型侧面的孔,锁住上下盖.因为建模时,设计的孔洞比耗材丝稍小,所以耗材丝可以很牢固地锁定上盖。

Step 1: Close the upper and lower covers, use PETG consumable filament (PLA is not recommended due to its brittleness), rotate and push the filament into the hole on the side of the model to lock the upper and lower covers. Because the designed hole is slightly smaller than the consumable filament during modeling, the consumable filament can lock the upper cover firmly.

 

 

第二步:将一粒4mmx2mm的磁铁压入主体的磁铁孔,无需胶水,然后将另一块磁铁吸附在已装好的磁体上,找准合适的角度,盖紧上盖,即可将另一块磁铁紧紧压入孔洞内。

注意:因为我买到的4mmx2mm磁铁实际尺寸为4mmx1.6mm,因此我为磁铁孔洞的建模尺寸为4.05mmx1.6mm,但是无需担心,我已在切片软件中为磁铁孔洞添加了一个负体积圆柱,您只需修改负体积的尺寸,即可获得与您磁铁相匹配的孔洞。由于切片软件算法的问题,模型改变尺寸是从它的中心点开始的,因此孔洞的直径无需计算,但是高度需要计算,假设您的磁铁有标准的2mm高度,那么您需要将负体积的高度设置为(2mm-1.6mm)x 2 + 1.6mm =2.4mm,以此类推!

Step 2: Press a 4mm x 2mm magnet into the magnet hole of the main body without glue, then attach another magnet to the installed magnet, find the right angle, close the upper cover, and the other magnet can be firmly pressed into the hole.

Note: Since the actual size of the 4mm x 2mm magnet I bought is 4mm x 1.6mm, I modeled the magnet hole with a size of 4.05mm x 1.6mm. But don't worry, I have added a negative volume cylinder to the magnet hole in the slicing software. You only need to modify the size of the negative volume to get a hole that matches your magnet. Due to the slicing software algorithm, the model size changes start from its center point, so the diameter of the hole does not need to be calculated, but the height does. Assuming your magnet has a standard height of 2mm, you need to set the height of the negative volume to (2mm-1.6mm) x 2 + 1.6mm = 2.4mm, and so on!

第三步:由于需要为底部的双面胶预留一定的空间,且需要比较精准。因此我采用了PLA为PETG支撑的方式,它因此获得了一个完美的平面,且支撑非常容易去除。使用铲刀找准角度就能很轻松地移除支撑。

注意:请控制您的力度,以免铲刀划伤您的手指

Step 3: Since a certain amount of space needs to be reserved for the double-sided adhesive tape on the bottom, and precision is required, I used PLA as a support for PETG. This ensures a perfect flat surface and the support is easy to remove. With a scraper, you can easily remove the support by finding the right angle.

Note: Please control your strength to avoid scratching your fingers with the scraper.

 

第四步:将直径为20mm,厚度为1mm的双面胶粘在底部预留的平面上。千万不要更改切片软件中的支撑为PETG,否则很难将支撑从底部分离!!!

Step 4: Adhere a 20mm diameter, 1mm thickness double-sided tape onto the reserved flat surface at the bottom.

Please do not change the support material to PETG in the slicing software, as it will be difficult to separate the support from the bottom.
