Any network person will tell you they know they've seen these laying around somewhere, but can they find it right now? Of course not. I cloned and printed 12 of these. Currently 10 of them hanging out in a small cup in my top drawer. Perfect fit in the Juniper EX2300-C and SRX300 I needed them for.
