After a lot of heat cycles the foam piece between the airbox and the intake snorkel disintegrates and causes a horrible knocking noise coming from the two mentioned pieces. If you hold the snorkle with your hand you will confirm that the noise is coming from this problem. My print fixes this issue by placing a 1cm spacer or damper in order to create the necessary tension and stop this rattle.

Installation Instructions:

Remove the upper piece “snorkel” and remove the old foam with alcohol or Isprop.
Place a similar size 3M VHB tape on the one side of the printed part and attach it on the old foam location on the snorkel.

Assemble and you are done!
