Description
Tool tags help keep track of the tools and tool holders used on CNC milling machines. I designed these tool tags for CAT40 tool holders. They are an improvement on the existing designs. They have arms that flex open for easy attachment and release from the tool holder. They have magnets to stick to the tools or the CNC enclosure when the tools are in use in the machine. They fit standard 3in wide by 1in tall labels.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
PLA + Filament
0.1 to 0.20 layer height
3+ layer wall thickness (strength for arms)
40-60mm/s first layer height for better adhesion to build plate.
