Just printed a test and have a few notes/comments. First, quality is great. at 0.08mm height, the threads are near ferfect. Second, just as an FYI, the normal standard when measuring countersunk/flat head screws is to measure from flat of the head to end of thread. It looks like your dimensions refer to just the thread length, which will be confusing to a lot of people, myself included. Third, the nuts are ever so slightly too small causing too tight of a fit, subsequently stripping the screw head due to over torturing. I suggest to increas nuts by 1.05 for a better fit. Lastly, your profile has all speeds and travel dropped down to 25mm/s, which would be over an hour for just one screw and nut to print. I tested at default speeds on the cool plate with brims and everything was just fine. this reduced the time to about 20 minutes for one 30mm screw and nut. Thanks for the upload. It came in handy!

Hello, there! Thank you very much for writing such a detailed rating, you wouldnt believe how much i appreciate it. You are absolutely correct, i purely took in the dimensions of the thread, i will take that with me for version 2 of it which is in the making. The nut problem seems to be quite common, but you are the first one that has a solution for it, you help me and the community a lot, and safed me from buying a few different printers and fillament fof testing! The Speed problem is insane, that was the main cause why im working on V2, i honestly cant tell you what happened, but im trying to fix it ASAP! Thank you very much again for taking the time out of your day to help me out an enorourmus amount with just the right information i needed to work with! Have a wonderfull day
