Print it in "Spiral vase" or "Vase mode" and fill the channels with your desired filaments.

Vase in pictures printed in 0.3mm layer height with 0.4mm nozzle. As the same file would probably not work with a 0.8mm nozzle, there is a variation that should do, though I haven't tested it. 0.6mm nozzle would probably print ok both files, but check the preview in prusaslicer or even print a small test.

Getting the filament in the channel with curves might need the help of pliers. I got them in just by hand, but in case you need it that would do the job.
