Mold to make a 7.5mm wide men's ring with a stepped band and curved faces. Grooves on the inside let your skin breathe.
Print with 0.2mm nozzle and 0.1mm layer heights. Random seam worked well for me.
Pour silicone slowly and completely fill top reservoir. Stir through slot with a sewing needle to make sure all air pockets are removed.
When the silicone is cured you can simply squeeze the mold to crack it apart. Pull off the inner and outer reservoir walls first then run a sharp knife along the top edge of the mold to separate the ring cleanly from the extra silicone in the reservoir. Squeeze the mold more until you can separate the sides and remove the ring.
