I made some corner brackets and risers in various heights for my Totem S laser engraver. Should work with any hobby engraver tho. Also made a bracket to mount a cheap set of digital callipers (from the Action in the Netherlands, about 7 euros) to the side of a 40x40mm laser unit. Also has a hole for an air assist tube if you want to install that.
You need to print two sets of the corners and risers to make 4 corners...
Printer:
FLSUN QQ-S
Resolution:
0.2mm
Infill:
15%
Filament: PolyMaker PLA
Notes:
You need to print two sets of the corners and risers to get a full set of four.
Supports only needed for the 15mm and 22mm riser, with a support platform.
Post-Printing
tap the various holes in the calliper mount with an M4 tap for some screws. I took a hacksaw and cut a fair chunk off the callipers. The once I got were "carbon fiber" but I think it was some sort of hard plastic. The callipers should rest on the inside of the pocket, which aligns with the bottom of the laser unit.
