The model size is for a 20mm pole, I scaled to 85% for fit a 16mm pole and it clamps down to a 10mm pole. The tolerances are quite loose so it should scale from 80-120%.

No supports needed.

If you need a cup hole add a negative volume disc to the part and adjust the size to your needs.
