Print Settings:
I printed with PLA, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer heights, 4 Walls, 20% cubic infill.
Pause on layer 4 of the handles to switch filament for contrasting text on your handle.
I rotated the stems 45 degrees and turned on supports because I was having issues with bed adhesion on the smaller stems. It is a pain to remove supports but a bigger pain to start the print over.
Directions for Assembly:
Thread the stem all the way into the handle to clean up any issues with the threads.
Align the handle, hex key, and stem
Slide the stem on to the hex key and the hex key into the handle.
Tighten the stem
Differences of the remix compared to the original
Added a metric set
Shortened the handle width to reduce plastic, size, and print time
Added pause to change filament to make the embossed size easier to read (pause on layer 4)
Removed the text on the side of the handle because it was too difficult to see
Worked great for me. I mostly needed this for the smaller metric sizes, 2, 2.5, 3, and 4mm, but it's handy that larger sizes and imperial sizes are included.
