Description

I present my own lifecounter desing without external pieces like screw to link both parts.

The photos are from a personalized version. Here you have a model without design, its easily modificable in Fussion 360 or similar.

When you print both parts you only have to press them and they will be linked, it´s not neccesary to use glue or screws.

Remember this information about the different parts:

  1. Inferior part, numbers (1-10) are separated in different bodies to avoid problems with the paint option in BS.
  2. Superior part, its possible to modify and add an personalized design, if you add a new body part, remember the maximun thicknees of this part would be 0,3mm, to avoid interfering with the spin mechanism.

Very important, it´s preferible to use 0,2 nozzle to reach the best resolution of the numbers and if you are going to personalize it with a logo, initials……..but its possible to print with 0,4 nozzle

First one came out great. Snaps together just fine. Every one afterwards is not snapping. Or when it does after a few twists they pop apart :(

It's important not try to disassemble after the asseembling. Did you print with 0.2 or 0.4 nozzle? the result with 0.2 is better

maybe the key is the 0.2 nozzle. I'm happy to know it works. If you have any suggestion I'm here to listen to it
