Its a flying toy, i used to play with this kind of toys when i was a kid. guess what i am still a kid.lol..

for some reason it doesn't fly, it spins really fast but goes down instead of up.

Sorry for not mentioning this in description, try heating the wing and bend it a bit on both side. hope you understand the principle.

Spin it to where the air is forced down, not up, and it will fly. Once you understand how a common fan works it all makes sense 🤣
