For the hinges I used 50 mm staples cut to size
Custom-made to have no external protrusions, I recommend turning the outer sides that were in contact with the platter

Other Issues:A very interesting build and I think it has promise. Will not fit a normal sized double sleeved deck and when I did reduce the number of cards just to test out the mechanism I found my cards were getting jammed in several areas such as the top latch and they wanted to slip around against the gears. Would advise finding a way to lock them into a tray in the bottom and increasing the height of the top split sections to stop the trapping of the cards. Look forward to seeing a modification if done!
