I couldn't find anything I liked , so I made my own design. It accommodates 2x 5015 blowers and is designed to be printed without supports. On the right side, there's a slot for a 24V LED light. I purchased 5 LEDs for $4 on Aliexpress. It can be powered by tapping into the hotend cooling fan's power supply. The lighting is very bright and works well.
The design also allows space for a 4020 fan in the center, using an adapter. I'm currently using this one for my setup:

I'm experimenting with an LED ring, which is a 5V 8-bit WS2812 LED connected to an ESP running WLED. I've created a clip-in holder for the LED ring and a thin 0.4mm diffuser sheet. The plan is to use it with the Moonraker WLED integration to display print progress or status-specific light effects. I will update this post once I figure out exactly what I want to do.

1. Connect the ducts to the main body pieces.
2. Attach the 24V LED to the right body piece.
3. Use two M3 x 4 screws to attach the body pieces to your assembly. Insert the faceplate before tightening the screws, as it is held in place by the pressure from both sides.
4. Once the left and right body pieces and the faceplate are in position, secure everything with 2x M3 L10 screws and attach your fans.
