Description:

This design features a model specifically crafted for 3D printing, aimed at enhancing the durability and stiffness of your drawers while also preventing sagging. It requires a single layer of supports to create a gap at the bottom of the elastic part of the support rib. The model is inspired by the support ribs found in IKEA drawers. While some drawers may not include these supports, overloading them can lead to sagging. Therefore, adding additional ribs is beneficial.

Installation:

1. Generally, I recommend installing one rib in the center for drawers that are 60cm wide. For 80cm wide drawers, installing two ribs, and for 100cm wide drawers, adding three ribs spaced evenly should suffice. The recommended number of ribs for drawers of any size can be extrapolated from these guidelines. 
2. Position the rib at the desired location on the bottom of the drawer.
3. Secure it using three general-purpose screws (3.5mm x 16mm) with either PZ or Torx sockets.

• PETG, ABS, ASA, PA
• 0.4 mm nozzle
• 100% infill
