This is a single motor 2 function remote controlled toy robot. It can move forward or spin in place for steering. I have designed similar robots in the past but this one is simpler to build. It is controlled by the transmitter and receiver from a Coke can RC car. It uses a yellow TT motor with dual shaft output. It is powered by 2 AAA batteries. The hardest part of the build is the electronics.
The main_body has a sacrificial bridge that needs to be trimmed out. The head is glued to the Main_body. The inlay parts are glued to the main body so they can be printed in different colors. The grill is glued to the main body. The grill is printed with a layer height filament change so it can be 2 colors. The parts that have to turn freely on 3mm screws will probably need to be drilled out with a 3mm or 1/8 inch drill. The 3mf files are Bambu studio project files.
