Unfortunately, the situation you have encountered may be related to the degree of moisture on the material. After being affected by moisture, the material will become brittle, making it difficult to remove the support. Please use a water nozzle pliers to disperse and remove the support. If the support is forcefully removed as a whole, the stress will be concentrated at the weak point
Hello, friend! Unfortunately, you did not have a good printing experience. Can you tell me the specific location of the problem? And let me know the model you are using, I can resend an improved file
Hello, I haven't yet installed Bambou Studio and therefore I can't download the R&L files for these sculptures. Could you please add the "RAW Files" tab to your files, which would allow them to be sliced in any slicer for those like me who haven't yet decided to switch to Bambou Studio, as I don't have a machine of this brand at the moment. Thx ;o)
Hi, in fact it is quite possible to download files but the term RAW is not the name of the extension, it would rather be the STL version of the file, RAW being the term that appears when a designer makes a file available in STL format, when this is the case a new box appears instead of "how to get STLs models", the text changes and becomes "RAW model file" as you can see on the screenshot that I added to this message. In any case, I don't want you to have any trouble doing this either, and as I've been able to download a good number of files without having installed Bambou Studio, I thought I'd ask you to do so. ;o)
