Description

This is a modified version of the AA Mechanical Battery Dispenser to hold AAA batteries.

Will store up to ~37 batteries.

 

Just as the AA version this print consists of two print profiles, one for 0.2mm layer height - and one for 0.16mm.

Both plates needs to be printed.

  • Main Parts, ~4h42m, 2 filament changes
  • Adjusting Parts, ~1h , 1 filament change

Shown model printed in Bambu PLA Basic Gold and Black. 

For one color print set all colors to the same slot.

Profile is excellent again. Tuning of the AAA batteries is even more fiddely than the AA model, took a lot of tries to get it "good enough" to not drop the batteries out. I'm still happy with the model though

Strength Issue:great designe but all the screws broke when i just put them and without the guide and his screws the batterys fell down outside, i use a A1 mini with the default value of the model, i'm really disappointed.

Other Issues:had to sand the side rail down for 20 min in order for it let the batteries go in. if you load more than 8 betteries into the dispenser they mechanism jams. Then you have to push all the batteries up so you can force reset the push bar. In the photo you can see the bar stuck down.
