This Mario style cable grommet is based on the models from Krookr (Cable Grommet with Holders) and Xeromem (Mario Pipe Pen Holder, marked as remix from Yves1024, but I think it's the same model as the one from Wacky3DPrints).

I added a lock in lid and screw holes. The diameter of the pipe wich goes through the table/desk is around 5,3 cm. 
If the upper pipe fits too tight or loose you have to scale the model +/- 0,5%. It's not perfect yet.
