Lighting for Ender 3 V3 KE Toolhead

Adding Lighting to Creality Ender 3 v3 KE.

Components:

• PCV development board
• 2x 3x6mm Allen screws
• 3x JST connectors
  
• LED options:
  10x LEDs wired in parallel, perfect for Mechanical Keyboards enthusiasts.
  24v or 12v LED strip to suit your voltage requirements.
  
• Each LED array with the necessary resistors:
  10x 3-5Kohm resistors for the LED array.
  1 - 2Kohm resistor for 12v LED strips.
  No additional resistors required for 24v LED strips.
  
• Soldering Iron
• Soldering Lead
  

Instruction:

1. i jump a wire on the hotend fan seen on the image below so if the hot end heats ups the LED will also Turn On:

2. Create a voltage step down, please refer to the components resistor requirements based on you LED/ Strips voltage you have just of you have lower value resistors just connect them in series with the JST connectors and create a close circuit.

3. Skip this step if you have LED strips, Create a LED array on parallel connections see image below:


3. Connect the voltage step down to the wires shorted from the Board on one of the JST connectors and LED array to the Voltage step down we created seen on the image below:

Note: make sure your LED polarity is correct and connected it with the voltage stepdown in series else you can buy a variable voltage stepdown on your preferred market. recommended it print in PETG, ABS, or ASA
