Description

Suspended design has been very popular recently, I also printed some, it's really interesting!

 

I came up with this idea while designing a model for Halloween, a classic Japanese ghost movie where ghosts crawl out of the TV!
Those incredible lines can just create noise when the TV signal is poor. If you put it in front of the screen, it will create a very scary atmosphere.

 

The model in the show photo uses a total of 6 colors, but you don't have to worry, up to 4 colors can be used at the same time, so you only need one AMS.
I used black/grey/white/light brown/dark brown/silver.

 

I divided the model into parts so that I can print a beautiful surface at the best angle.
I've received many messages on my other models that they can't be assembled, even though I stated the need for Flow Rate Calibration or attention to tolerances.

In order to solve this problem, I separated the tenons from the main body of the model, so that if it cannot be assembled, the entire model does not need to be reprinted.

 

In the file I used dowel with 0.1 tolerance as the default.
In addition, the specially prepared dowel file contains four tolerances of 0/0.1/0.2/0.4
If the default file cannot be assembled successfully, this file can be printed according to your needs, or one of them can be tested before printing all of them.

 

Please refer to the picture below for the assembly method. Then do not use too much force to avoid accidentally tearing it off.

最近懸垂設計的模型設計非常的流行,我也打印了一些,真的非常的有趣!

 

我在設計萬聖節模型時想到了這個點子,經典的日本鬼片,鬼會從電視機裡面爬出來!
那些不可思議的線,剛好可以營造電視訊號不好時的雜訊,如果你把它放在螢幕前方,那會非常的有恐怖的氣氛.

 

展示照片裡的模型總共使用了6種顏色,但您不必擔心,最多同時使用4種顏色,因此您只需要一個AMS.
我使用了黑色/灰色/白色/淺棕色/深棕色/銀色.

 

我將模型做了分件,好方便以最佳的角度打印出漂亮的表面.
我在我其他的模型中收到過許多無法組裝的留言,即使我有說明了需要流量校正或是注意公差.
為了解決這個問題我把卡榫與模型主體分開,這樣遇到無法組裝時就不需要整個模型重新打印.

 

檔案中我使用0.1公差的卡榫作為預設.
另外特別準備的卡榫檔案中包含有0/0.1/0.2/0.4 共四種公差.
如果預設的檔案無法順利組裝,這個檔案可以根據您的需求進行打印,或是取其中一個進行測試後再進行全部的打印.

 

組裝方法請參考上方英文文本的圖片.然後不要過於用力,以免扯斷了那些線.

你好!建議開啟裙邊,降低首層速度至25,提升首層溫度也會有幫助! 也可以選擇先用我設置的檔案(★[Suspended Body])打印看看!

我上傳的檔案有降低首層速度、開啟裙邊,減少裙邊間隙這些都有助於首層不發生翹曲,如果你的裙邊很容易被分開,無法好好的抓住模型,那可以進一步把象腳補償跟裙邊間隙設置為0。 其他我無法控制的內容如下 1.建議中性清潔劑清洗一下打印盤 2.校准你的耗材流量設定,擠出過少也會造成首層黏的不夠牢靠 3.將打印盤的首層與一般層溫度提高5~10度 4.降低輔助風扇 (3跟4會影響懸垂,較為不建議) 講的有點深入,如果有看不懂的都可以問。

一样的翘边问题,打印到50层时候发生,模型底层建议增加支撑

翘边主要与耗材,温度,散热有关,这不再切片的设定范围内,非官方的耗材设定是不能上传的. 根据你的照片,群边与主体分开了,群边没有起到防止翘边的作用. 我重新上传了档案,群边间隙改为0最大化成功率了. 模型本身没有太大的悬垂到需要增加支撑的地方,增加支撑也不会对翘边有任何帮助. 我自己打印时并没有开启群边,也没有发生任何翘边现象. 我只能像另一个评论一样给予相关建议. 如果有什么其他我帮得上忙的地方都欢迎留言

我把A1 mini的3mf切片上传到原始模型文件了,我没有mini可以测试,切片是我根据经验调整的,打印时请务必多加留意.
