Description

This is a very simple adapter that I needed to have for my Kingroon KP3s while waiting for my replacement board to arrive. As I had a spare board the Creality Silent Board 1.1.5 from my Ender 5 Pro, thought I would fit it in.

Things to keep in mind, MicroUSB and MicroSD card slot are inside, so if you want to use it permanently that use an extender, also the LCD fis missing so there is a whole you can cable up through.

Update* 07/11/2020

I've made V2 this is to save on filament and print time compare to v1, as you can see printed it in PLA seems to be ok. Will look at rigidity after attaching board and may update design.

Update 08/11/2020

I've had to redesign the shape and reposition the bottom 2 screws to the chassis, they are 92mm apart, my initial was off my 1mm, so you can easily be widen if you printed it before my V5 update. Another point to note is that the design may not work for you if you use the existing heated cables as they are too short, the way around it would be to position board horizontal, it seems all other cables work this way. I will try and make a version with this setup, but it is not needed for me.
