Sandpaper block suitable for 25mm (1 inch) You need a strip of 300 x 25 mm.
For easy assembly you only need a hexagonal M3x22 Hex Bolt & M3 Hex nut.

slightly modified by deleting the knob and the inside bit as I converted to using heat insert and thumbscrews I already had around. this printed flawlessly several times.
