This system was printed in PLA with 0.2mm layer height and at 100mm/s print speed and turned out very solid
For assembly is only 2x M3 and 2x M2 Screws are needed. For the case, that the plastic isn't gripping enough, you can use rubber band around your lens to provide better grip. For my printer all tolerances where fine, but you can adjust them with sanding down the parts or wrap tape around the lens to slightly increase the Radius.
For the electronics you can use a Rasberry Pi Pico or an esp32 to make stunning time laps recordings. I recommend using a Rasberry pi and use a encoder to manually focus the lens
