Description

I got several very cheap water flossers, even the parts are worth more than the selling price. However, if I want to make use of them, I still need to buy nozzles. The price of a nozzle can buy several water flossers. So, I designed this water flosser nozzle and shared it. People with the same need can save quite a bit of money. After all, this thing is quite a waste if not used, but not worth it if used. Now you can 3D print a few nozzles, the cost should be just a few cents. It's okay for temporary use, or for flushing some things, such as cleaning the computer case? Cleaning glasses?

 

I used transparent PETG for printing, and the effect seems to be better. The layer height is 0.08, and there is no leakage in actual tests, but there may be leakage at 0.2 layer height.

 

I printed several for testing, and there were no problems. The use is almost the same as the original, the water column is slightly bifurcated, and it would be better to trim it with a knife.

 

Printing precautions:

Use random or nearest for the seam position, do not use the default alignment, alignment will leave a gap, and it will leak.
The layer height should be as low as possible, 0.08 and 0.1 are both okay in tests, 0.2 depends on the material, some will leak.
The higher the fill, the better, to reduce gaps.
Use concentric for the top pattern, the default will cause the nozzle to deform.

 


搞到几个很便宜的冲牙器,即是拆件都比售价多,但是如果想利用下,还需要买喷头,喷头的价格可以买好几个冲牙器,所以设计了这个冲牙器喷头,发出来,同样需要的人可以省下不少钱吧,毕竟这东西鸡肋的很,不用吧扔了可惜,用吧不值得现在你可以3D打印几个喷头,成本应该几毛钱,临时顶顶还是可以的,或者用来冲一些东西用,比如清洗机箱?清洗眼镜?

 

我使用透明PETG打印,感觉效果比较好些,层高0.08,实际测试不会有漏水,但是如果0.2层高可能会漏。

 

打印了几个测试,都没有问题,使用上和原来的基本差不多,水柱略有分叉,需要用刀修一下更好些。


打印注意事项:

接缝位置使用随机或者最近,不要使用默认的对齐,对齐会留有缝隙,会漏水。
层高尽量低一些,测试0.08,0.1都可以,0.2分材料,有的会漏。
填充越高越好,减少缝隙。
顶面图案使用同心,默认会导致喷口变形。
