This is a simple lock box to fit your phone. The idea is that you can't just mindlessly pick it up and scroll when you know you should be working - choose any padlock to secure it!

When you go to pick up your phone, you'll remember it is indeed locked away for a reason - and then you can decide if you should unlock it yet, but instead of mindless and habitual, getting to your phone will take a conscious effort.

The interior dimensions of the box are 160mm x 90mm x 16mm - If your phone happens to be larger just change the scale of the print :)

For reference, the iPhone 14 Pro MAX is 77.6 mm × 160.7 mm × 7.9 mm - so you would want to scale the length up just a tiny bit - you can easily find your phone size with a quick google search.

There is also a hole in the box so you can charge it while it's locked up :)
