Description

This bushing is used to secure an acrylic rod (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09SKYYS5X?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) into a 14mm hole with a 2 degree draft angle. The bushing is inserted with the draft angle out, therefore locking the bushing into the part. This is printed in TPU and was designed to provide a secure connection to the acrylic rod that has slight manufacturing diameter deviations.

A design and printing of 10! After several tests I leave the parameters in case any partner can be useful for the hooks. I gave a touch of glue to leave the hooks well firm🥰.

Another great design thank you. I just bypassed the clear rod and printed them 400% longer on the z and 97% on the x and y

prints well. I used PLA. fits base and M snugly. need to lightly ground then dowel to fit… all good
