I don't think it's something you did specifically but when I downloaded & sliced the file I also did it as a multi-color print, when it was sliced the was another "button" in the middle, it's not there on your print picture but it ended up as a floating part & caused a glitch in my print & a nozzle clog that I had to remove to finish the print. Other than that the print turned out nicely.
