We make different lens covers and tired of cutting the print for testprint before the final product.
it also might vary depending on material since some shrink while others do not. Fine adjustment could be done in slicer for 0.1 fitment on parts by using setting XY hole or contour compensation in the slicer.

That is reason behind this simple yet brilliant tool if you are not sure if the part will fit just perfect.

Also added the Fusion 360 file if you want to adjust the size. Just resize the diameter for the inner circle and the offset should adjust automaticly.
Change the text for the number that emboss on to the tab.

We are making one for internal fitment with the numbers placed on the other side, so no need to adjust this one if you want one for internal fitment.

Might need some adjustment if you vary a lot between sizes.
