Description

Common tile leveling systems have an upside down t-shaped piece that lifts two tiles up, and a screw down piece that pushes them down, making them perfectly level. Doing it by hand it's easy to twist them too hard when leveling, causing them to break.

With this gadget I can now use the clutch on the drill to set the torque so I can consistently tighten to maximum strength without breaking, and without tiring my hands/fingers.

Once the tile adhesive is dry, you need to twist the top piece off and break the plastic of the bottom piece. It's mildly hard work and a little bit slow. But if I change the drill from "screw" with the clutch, to "drill" without the clutch, I can twist them off effortlessly.

One of those functional prints that's way more functional than you expected.

5 walls, 25% infill, an M8 bolt (or threaded bar, either way without a bolt head) and two M8 nuts. Using one lock-nut would make it easier as the top nut needs to spin with the bolt I could make it with an embedded nut also, but I didn't bother making a revision.
