Description

This is a locking clip for PCI Express (PCIe / PCI-e) 1x GPU riser cards (USB) to prevent them being dislodged from the slot - as they frequently do without a clip.

There are other designs available but I found them unnecessarily tricky to print reliably, and without supports. Other designs are also rather more difficult to install. These simply slot over the USB socket and with a gentle push down on the plastic 'arms' they snap into place onto the PCI-e socket itself. They are also very easy to remove when necessary by gently pulling on each arm to unclip.

Tested in PLA and ABS. ABS required no scaling to account for shrinkage, but your mileage may vary. Print two initially and test before printing a batch. Printing one at a time is likely to cause overheating and deformation.
