Summary:

A foosball that is as close to an actual Tornado brand ball as anything on any 3D Print website. Printed solid with TPU the diameter is the same as a regulation ball but the weight is 93% of regulation (due to less dense material).

Print Settings:

TPU, 0.4 Nozzle, 0.2 layer heights, random seams, arachne walls, 42 wall loops (making it solid), 100% infill (if you choose to lower the wall loops or have a different nozzle), normal support with 45* threshold, fuzzy skin on all walls.

Fuzzy skin turned on because Tornado regulation foosballs have a nap/texture to improve ball control.

Playability:

Plays surprisingly well for a 3D printed ball. TPU is very rugged and can take the beating that a foosball receives. Ball control is decent, I am able to pass, tic tac, and shoot fairly well with this ball. The bounce is slightly less than that of a real ball but its close. This is not for professional level players but it is definitely better than those cheap plastic soccers ball or smooth balls the come with cheap tables.
