I needed an iPhone stand with airpod holder for my desk. I was using the following model for a while: https://www.printables.com/model/129755-iphone-and-airpods-pro-stand - Although I found that it was annoying to have to pull off my phone to get access to my airpods quickly.

I remixed the design to move the airpod holder out to the side so that you can access the airpods while still having your phone on the stand.
