Description

I really like the Festool Systainer and I have a few of them. The only thing not to like is that they are very expensive.

This is a similar design to Festool Systainer Mini but more printable with minimal support requirements.

Features:

  • Stackable
  • 250x171x71mm dimension. Will fit with Bambu printers except A1.
  • No glue or screws needed. Every part should snap together.
  • No carrying handle to maximize space inside.
  • Slot for sliding labels.
  • You can create your own foam insert or custom 3D print organizer/divider inside.

Printing instruction:

  • The body and lid require support. For the body, add support where the feet will be attached and also for the latch lock. For the lid, just add support for the feet alignment area. 0.28mm resolution is suggested
  • All other parts can be printed without support, the ideal resolution is 0.20mm.

I boosted the model, I'd love to remix and work on the model if you're open to sharing the source model! I would love to have a version that can fit systainer3 organizer bins, as well as potentially adding a rail system for cabinets like systainer3 has.

Standard speed, dry roll at 10% moisture and appropriate temperatures based on manufacturer specs for this particular filament. I think that 0.4mm is to big and .2mm or slowing down the print head would take far to long. great idea, poor execution

Tried printing at .2mm layer height and for some reason it printed poorly. I changed to the recommended .28mm layer height and it came out amazing. definitely gonna print several of them because these will help with organization in a really cool way. thanks to the designer!!
