Do you own a great toilet seat, but, time has taken its toll on the bumpers?
What are bumpers you say? Well, bumpers are the things that sit between the toilet porcelain and the seat and then again between the seat and the lid. They are made of a semi-flexible material that is designed to hold weight with a slight flex whilst neither harming the seat nor the actual toilet.
With a 3D printer and TPU filament, you can save the expense of a new toilet seat when it's the bumpers at fault.
You should use strong glue, a glue gun, or strong double-sided tape to affix the bumpers to your seat and lid.
You may not need four of each, use the Bambu Handy app or Bambu Studio to reduce the number you need when printing.
These are designed primarily for wooden toilet seats with smooth flat surfaces, they are not designed for insets or to be screwed to the toilet seat.
