Important!

Any commercial use of my design without my consent is prohibited!!!

The wiper can now be purchased from Just Printing!

These wipers are vacuum degassed and manufactured using a rotational casting process!

Service life approx. 1500h per silicone part.

This company has my permission to distribute!!!

Here is the link:   Wiper

Tests with PETG have shown that no filament residues are now pressed against the nozzle. The nozzle is now relatively clean.

UPDATE: New carrier parts uploaded!

There are 3 different heights available. I use medium myself. You can use the carrier that works best for you!

This now works with the P1S and the X1C WITHOUT functional limitations of the X1C series!

Installation is very simple. The original wiper is unscrewed using the appropriate hexagon socket. The screw is no longer required!

If the carrier and silicone part are difficult to fit, simply add a drop of oil or detergent to the lower retaining lip. Do not pull excessively on the silicone part!!!

Both parts together are now simply pushed onto the protruding piece of plastic in the waste chute. The semicircle in the carrier part snaps into the original screw hole, done!

VIEW IN BRWS

The silicone part is 1mm shorter than the carrier part. This is correct, the carrier part adapts perfectly to the waste chute with the radius, the silicone part must, when viewed from the front, completely flush with the rear edge of the carrier part.

If ABS or ASA is used excessively, the carrier part should always be printed from ABS or ASA, PETG cannot withstand the temperature and the silicone part will come loose.

UPDATE: The mold is printed horizontally (0.12mm layer height, 35% infill).

The mold halves must be removed on a fine sandpaper on the separating side. The light gap test shows whether it is sufficient. If necessary, the holes in the dowel pins can be re-drilled with a 2.5mm drill bit.

You will also need:

1x plastic syringe standard 30ml

2x dowel pin 2.5x10mm

duplicating silicone Shore 24 or harder
