One of my G4 Doorbell Pros doesn't have any kind of cover for rain/snow/sun, so I made one. The doorbell sits right in the middle of it and it doesn't obstruct much at all (only the top and top corners a bit), but it blocks quite a bit of the rain and snow. The hole in the middle is a bit larger than the one in the plate that comes with it so you can actually fit it through the hole while it's still plugged-in.
