I worked with NightCafe to generate a fun floral image that I used to create this light switch plate. I really like how the white flowers on sepia toned wood background came out.
Color Changes:
Layers 1 - 24 : Black
Layers 25 - 27 : Earth Brown (Polymaker PolyTerra Matte)
Layers 28 - 29 : Wood Brown (Polymaker PolyTerra Matte)
Layers 30 - 33 : Army Beige (Polymaker PolyTerra Matte)
Layers 34 to top : White
The image for this was created on NightCafe. I did some edits in Photoshop and then ran it through HueForge. To make it into a switch cover, I put the raw image into the Bambu slicer and added the cut outs I generated in Tinkercad as negative parts to it. The simple back was made in Tinkercad.
The back piece is printed and glued on separately. I had a hard time getting the fit exactly how I wanted, so I ended up gluing it on the back and using a deburring tool to smooth and trim all the edges. So be aware that the back may not fit exactly, but you can also print the plate and then adjust the backing as you see fit in the slicer if you want before printing it.
I designed it to be around the size of a mid sized switch cover so it is about 4 7/8" tall 3 1/16 wide. It is about 1/4" at the thickest when assembled.
