Description

THERE WAS A TYPO ON PROTOTYPE FOR “COTTON BUD”. NOW IT'S FIXED.

This twist cap storage for your earbuds or floss. Quick and low risk print, very easy assembly. Besides, I provide 3 different Cap; plane, groove and multicolor. You can write whatever you want on Plane one using bambulab app.

Diameter: 50mm or 80 mm (XL version)

Height: 80mm

ASSEMBLY

Step1: Place the basket inside the upper part. Be careful! Use the rails.

Step2: Assembly the lower part to basket with twisting and pushing at same time until lower and upper part touches each other.

Step 3: When lower and upper part touches each other, push them together till hear the click. This part might be tricky and depends on your printer calibration. Please use 0.4mm nozzle due to tight tolerance issues. If you have trouble to assemble those two parts, just little tilt one of them and push it. Then push the other side.

Step 4: Finally, push the cap inside the hole on basket. Then it's ready to use.

No problem. I thought you did it intentionally since Cutton is used for Cotton in some areas according to the internet. The lid was difficult to put in the hole so I sanded it and used a drill bit to expand the hole to get it to go in and it doesn't cover the entire top. Since it doesn't seal, it is a neat toy but I can't use it or the buds may get dirty when not in use. so I am hoping you can make one that seals at the top somehow. May a groove in the top edge and a ridge on the lid that comes down into the groove so it isn't in the open air between uses? I had to scrape the bottom edge of the notches on the screw part due to my bed being hot but I figured that out and added Vaseline and it is working now. Thanks for a fun model. Looking forward to V2 if you make one.
