This is obviously not reversible and you do so atyour own risk!
01/04/2024 - EDIT - latest lock-bolt OBJ has updated geometry as the ‘wedge’ design worked well, but had a tendency to force dual feeds on a fresh mag. This latest version works perfectly, and stops the dual feed on a fresh mag
22/03/2024 - EDIT - Uploaded a newer version of the actual lokbolt that allows the bolt to move further forward as the previous version would only work with empty mags or improperly seated projectiles - when I ran out of air it still burped and chopped - this new version is still in testing as i've ran out of air - this one also incorporates a spring from a Playstation controller (the R2 springs) to help push it down as the lokbolt weighs only 2g so gravity isn't much help
This fusion360 files for a lockbolt for the TGR2. You will need a 6mm endmill on a plungerouter. I have included the model with the slot so you can make your own jig to suit your plunge router. Mine was missing the guide so I used the inserts. You will need to modify to match your router.
You will want a 2m step at the rear that is about 2mm thick.
The drill jig wont need any editing - use a 3mm drill bit to drill the hole.
I printed the lockbolt out of PA-CF but ASA is just as good
Enjoy
