The Bambu Lab X1 & X1 Carbon use a PTFE bowden tube to guide filament to the print head. There is a little bit of wiggle, which causes the tube coupler to dig into the tube over time. I was never very happy with the amount of play allowed and designed a small push on cap to add a bit of extra support to the tube end, so it will hopefully last much longer.
Fusion 360 file is included if you wish to make changes such as adjust tube diameter and tolerance.
Print in the material of your choice. You may get better results with smaller layer heights.
I printed this using Bambu Matte PLA at 0.08mm layer height using the 0.4mm nozzle.
It is made to fit quite tight around the tube, so you may require a small round file or drill bit to remove the seam inside the hole to get it to fit right.
Pair it with a bowden clip for extra security: https://www.printables.com/model/179548-ultimaker-style-bowden-clip
Update Oct 30
The original design came loose during a print. More of the guide features were used to better lock the cap to the tube guide on the print head.
Update Oct 31
Added a chamfer to make it easier to insert the tube. Also added a very small cut in the side of the hole for the slicer to put the seam (should not need to file the seam any more).
