Description

This is just the rim part without side support. Added a small bevel on the corners to avoid needing to scrape any squish from the first layer.

The fit is supposed to be quite tight so no glue is needed and they will not slip. It will not seem to fit but with some persuasion they can be worked onto the reel.

Uploaded models for 199mm and 200mm spools. Some spools are a little bit larger or smaller, so you might need to resize very slightly in the slicer.

Print using the material of your choice. Uses very little filament, about 3.3g per ring.

These rings work best and use minimal filament! My Jayo spool measured 194mm, I took a guess and scaled the X&Y +2mm to 196mm and fit great. I coated the spool rim with gluestick and stretched the ring over it for a snug fit!
