I have been printing alot with CF, and alot with bigger nozzles and i LOVE how the fat layers (width and height) looks, and it gives alot more strenght. I have been asked about my profiles i use, and here is the one i use for all my PETG-CF filaments (Bambu lab, GST3D/IIDMAX, IEMAI is what i have tested so far) and 0.8 nozzle.
On the pictures are GST3D filament bein used.
NOTE: it is possible to go higher on volumetric flow/speed, but from testing i have found this to be the sweet spot between quality, speed and strenght.
As always: DRY YOUR FILAMENT ENOUGH before printing. CF-materials i rarely use in the AMS, so i print them directly from the dryer - it's like magic, so beautiful =)
Calibrate YOUR filament, most important in this case is flow rate (in Bambu studio), but also flow dynamics (for the K-value) for some prints.
I use 3-4 top/bot layers, 3 walls for most of my prints. Walls are the strenght, infill is mostly just to carry the top layers ;) so i keep infill at 10-15%
