Ekans is now available, and you have the choice between different file formats:

I printed 2 ekans in A1 at the request of my son. It took a little more than a day. This is because it doesn't take much longer to make two than one. Using pla Purple - Blue Lilac matt - [Eryore] Yellow - Savannah yellow - [PolyTerra] Pink - Pastel candy - [PolyTerra] Black - Charcoal Black - [PolyTerra]
