Replacement toilet paper spindle with and without bearings.

Do you really need bearings on your toilet paper roll? Probably not, but it's a fun print anyway! This spindle is designed to replace a lost or broken spindle. No supports are required except for a small spot under the bearing caps if printing the version with bearings. My profile has two plates, one version without bearings and one version with bearings. The internal spring is my own design and is printable without supports. Each variation has three diameter options for the outer spindle, 30mm, 40mm and 44mm.

2024-03-31 Update: I have updated the model to version 2 which has longer nibs and a stronger spring to reduce the chance of the roll falling out of the holder. After using the spindle myself for several weeks, the roll had a tendency to pop out if pushed too hard. All stl files and the profile have been updated with the new version.  Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience.
