Description

A refinement of Emmett Lalish's excellent Gear Bearing -- now with chamfered edges, a smoother outer surface, and dimples for your fingers to hold. Internal geometry and clearances/tolerances remain unchanged. Prints great in PLA, PETG, ABS, and probably many more materials!

Used Refined Gear Bearing by austinvojta. printed on A1 Mini with AMS Lite. 0.2mm layer height, set PLA temp to 220C. No issues at all, will make great stocking stuffers.

Not sure what you mean by that given this is a single-color print profile. Probably just an issue with your printer?

Perfect plan! Very nice work, congratulations! I did it with a P1S printer, standard 0.2 quality. I used generic PETG. I wanted to make it a little stronger. Number of walls: 4, filling: 30%. It is great!
