Description
Cases that hold 4 batteries each, for AA, AAA, and 18650 sizes. They're a snug fit, use minimal plastic, have lids that snap on satisfyingly, and feature labels and charged/uncharged indicators so you can tell which battery you want to grab.
Fusion 360 (.f3d) and STEP files are uploaded too, and the model is fully parametric so you can easily make it fit any size battery that you'd like.
03/28/2024: I've updated 18650_case.stl with a new version with slightly increased battery slot sizes following feedback about a tight fit from a few users.

Print qualitatively perfect (filament Creality PLa Grey). The only defect I found is the tolerance of the holes for batteries. internal ones are perfect while external are too tight and it’s extremely hard to pull out a battery.

Hey, what do you mean by internal vs. external holes? This is designed to have some clearance even for batteries on the largest end of the allowable spec for 18650s. Could you maybe measure yours with a micrometer (or caliper if that's the best you've got) and let me know their diameter?

Absolute perfect fit for batteries (not too tight) and the caps are tight click and not open by accident.

nice design but I needed to adjust xy hole compensation as 18650 batteries hardly fit inside

This profile is for AA batteries, but assuming you just rated the wrong one. Could you maybe measure your 18650s with a micrometer (or caliper if that's the best you've got) and let me know their diameter?
