dont look at the print half way, it looks like the middle will be a mess.. it looks really bad. just wait! in the end it will all work out.
Thank you for sharing. This artifact is because complex geometry with 0% infill.
You can try one of the following options:
1. Close your eyes and allow the print to complete; it should turn out fine.
2. Adjust the 0% infill to a 5% lighting or gyroid infill for improved interior support.
3. Use OrcaSlicer, which will create an internal bridge in this model, and get better interier stability.
