Very cool! I made some tests with a sliced part, and noticed that I need to scale it up to 105% so the character stick tight.

Printed with a .4mm nozzle. The fit between the lego person I was using and the canoe that I printed was a little too loose. I Scaled to 104% on my Carbon X1 and it fits perfectly. Thanks for the model!
